Use your portraits
Save the original first
Open your order and choose Download original. On a phone, find it in Files or Downloads, open it and use your device’s save/share action to add it to Photos. Browser and operating-system menus differ. Keep the AI watermark and download before the 30-day expiry.
Pick a layout
- Profile portrait: 1024 × 1024 square. Keep eyes near the upper third and leave room around your head for a platform’s circular crop.
- Introduction card: 1200 × 800. Add your name, real role and contact details.
- Email signature image: 1200 × 480. This is a downloadable image; text inside it is not clickable or screen-reader text.
Install an email signature
Use a desktop browser or mail client that supports signature images. Add a plain-text name, role and clickable email/website link alongside the image so recipients can use it even when images are blocked.
- Download the signature layout.
- Open your email application’s signature editor and insert the downloaded image. Set a sensible display width, such as 400–600 pixels.
- Add your contact details as text and links. Choose whether the signature appears on new messages and replies.
- Send a test to yourself and inspect it on a phone before using it with clients.
Follow the current instructions for your app: Google Gmail signature help · Microsoft Outlook signature help. Mobile apps may offer different signature features. HeadshotLane does not install signatures or publish to other platforms for you.
Large ZIP downloads
Save favorites and download that smaller collection first. Keep the browser open while it prepares the ZIP. If it fails, use individual originals. If an image does not reasonably resemble you, use the order’s support controls and keep your references until the review is complete.
