HeadshotLane creates AI-generated professional portrait candidates for adults aged 18 or older. One package covers one person. Contact the operator at support@headshotlane.com.

Input and delivery

Upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use. Provide at least one clear front-facing photo with both eyes visible. Supplemental everyday photos can improve results. Photo checks are advisory and can miss problems. You are responsible for checking that your face and both eyes are clear.

Packages provide the stated number of generated candidates and supported style choices, not a guaranteed number of perfect likenesses. AI can alter features, accessories and clothing. Review every image before professional use. Generated images include an AI watermark. See our privacy policy for information about the services used to process your photos.

Generation runs in the background. Progress and results appear in your account. Allow up to 2 days after starting generation. This is an estimate; if your order takes longer, contact support for review and the options under our refund policy. Download results within 30 days. Each plan includes one support-reviewed redo batch of the quantity shown in pricing.

Pricing, payments and refunds

Prices are in USD for a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal: Starter $24 for 40 portrait candidates and 1 style; Pro $34 for 80 candidates and up to 3 styles; Signature $49 for 120 candidates and all 4 styles. Original images and export tools are included. The respective support-approved redo batches contain 10, 20 and 30 images. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Your payment must be confirmed before generation starts. Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed under our refund policy. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Purchases may be temporarily paused when service capacity is unavailable. Existing paid orders, support and retained downloads remain accessible during a purchasing pause.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

The service is limited to professional portrait creation using your own photos. Do not request, upload, generate or distribute any of the following:

• Sexual, pornographic or NSFW content, including nudification or intimate-image abuse.
• Graphic violence, gore or content encouraging violent harm.
• Hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
• Child sexual exploitation or other unsafe content involving children (CSAM).
• Deepfakes, impersonation, face swaps, fabricated statements or actions attributed to real people, or synthetic intimate interactions. Consent does not make these features permitted.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, image rights or other third-party rights.

Do not upload another person’s photos, impersonate anyone, share access credentials, evade restrictions or submit unlawful content. Do not use generated portraits to misrepresent qualifications, identity or events.

Reports, review and enforcement

Report suspected prohibited content or misuse to support@headshotlane.com. Include the relevant order ID, a description and evidence you are entitled to share; do not email sensitive identity documents. Customers may also use the support controls inside their order.

The operator reviews reports and relevant order information, may request clarification, and determines whether a restriction or removal is appropriate. Authorized administrator access to customer results for support and review is logged. We screen written preferences before generation. We do not claim that every harmful input or output can be detected.

For a violation, we may reject a request, warn the user, restrict access, remove app-held content, or suspend or terminate service, depending on severity and applicable requirements. Access to affected orders and photos may be restricted during review. Photos and operational records are handled under our privacy policy; records needed for disputes or abuse review may be retained. Refunds remain subject to the published policy and mandatory rights, without an automatic forfeiture of all payments. To contest a restriction, contact the same support address with your order ID and explanation.

Account access and limitations

Sign in through your Google account, a verified email and password, or an email sign-in code. You can reset your password by verifying access to your email; resetting it signs out other sessions. Keep access to that account or mailbox to retrieve orders. AI outputs may contain errors and are provided as candidates for your review, not a guarantee of accuracy, suitability or professional results.
